TODAY we party at one of the most stunning, exclusive mountain top locations in all of Hakuba – The City Bakery for Claptone in the Clouds.

Supported by local legend Risa Taniguchi, this is going to be the party for the ages.
With flakes falling all night, we’re in for powder in the morning, and some of the best tunes in the afternoon! You ready?!

Before we party, here’s a reminder about a couple of things, so that you’re all prepped and ready to go! Have a good read, and if you have any questions, please don’t hesitate to drop our team a DM on Insta or come say hi at the Snow Machine Saloon!

Firstly, the City Bakery is at the Iwatake Mountain Resort, and to get up there will require a lift pass to access the gondola. We highly recommend heading to Iwatake in the morning, and spend the day shredding that fresh pow that’s fallen tonight! It’s going to be an EPIC day up there… That way, you don’t have to use, or buy, a lift pass just for the event. If you go ski or board anywhere else, you not only have to leave early to make it to Iwatake on time, but you’ll also have to pay ¥2400 for a gondola ticket.

The event starts at 2PM, and you will be required to take your skis/boards to the bottom of the gondola before heading up for the first set. The slopes will be closed after the event, so it saves you having to drag any equipment up and down with you when the show is done.

After the event, we’ll have buses running directly from Iwatake to Happo Bus Terminal so you don’t have to miss much of the action for our final night!
